I am a passionate advocate of Complementary Therapies since spending most of my 20’s living and working in Japan. Contributing to Japan’s impressive longevity and well-being statistics is the mainstream nature of holistic therapies like massage, shiatsu, reflexology, which are viewed as standard self-care activities to maintain good life balance and wellbeing. Having benefitted significantly from regular therapy treatments myself and the natural approach to self-care and illness prevention, I was overjoyed to realise a long-held dream to retrain as a professional therapist following my return to the UK.
