to British businesses due to stress, many companies, small and large, are instituting Workplace Wellbeing programmes, as

recommended by the Health and Safety Executive.

Our programmes help to manage and reduce stress at work, applying short but effective 20 minute sessions per client. 

We offer a range of treatments, designed for both groups and individuals from Relaxation sessions, Reiki and Reflexology, to Indian Head and Accupressure Massage, delivered to employees in the workplace.

Clients remain fully clothed throughout and return to their desks refreshed, pleasantly alert and gently energised.

We arrive and set up in a quiet area in your place of work and deliver treatments. We aim to make our service as flexible as possible, to fit in with the requirements of your workforce.
